The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of bread, fruit, and cheese. the staff were friendly and always there to assist us. the location of the hotel was perfect.

Felt incredibly fortunate to have discovered this gem, no complaints whatsoever.

Even though we slept most of the day due to the festival being on at night, our rooms were still serviced late in the afternoon. Very modern and clean facilities.

The hotel is kind of isolated, about 15 minutes walk to the port and about an hour to the town. However there is a bus stop right outside that comes past every 15 minutes.

It was located adjacent to a metro station. If you would like to visit aquarama, consider staying here. Underground parking on-site was provided.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! We stayed in a triple room and it was very spacious and comfortable for us!

The location of Hotel Bag is not ideal. We started off in the middle of Castellon and found it difficult to find our way out and to the hotel.

Convenient location for FIB festival with shuttle bus stops outside. Clean, basic rooms with communal balconies. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast options. Close to nice beach.

Very kind and friendly staff. Spacious and light room with modern bathroom and shower.

Breakfast at 10.50€ extra each was a joke. Little choice. Not international standard. Not even a croissant or toast. Local bar offered coffee, toast and croissant for just 3.50€ however! Also had to wipe the very top shelves in the room to clear a month of dust - but lower shelves were fine!

Good hotel close to FIB festival. Festival bus stops at hotel. Basic but clean rooms. Communal balcony on each floor. Nice beach nearby with bus access.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Whilst located in an unremarkable area with busy traffic noise, the hotel offered very clean, unfussy facilities with free secure parking.

Limited breakfast choice, very sugary crossaints or churros. Better double glazing would have helped.

Friendly staff, calm, modern hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was amazing. Our room was basic but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was nice and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was an ABSOLUTE JOKE: croissants, toast bread, some sweet cakes, butter, and marmalade, that's about all.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was okay.

Welcome and assistance from staff was 5 star. I will be back in the future

It was a welcoming place with clean rooms and a secure car park, overall good value for money
